Shipping policy
The following conditions apply for shipping:
Within Germany (domestic):
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT): €4.95
Shipping to Austria:
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT): €9.99
Delivery times within Germany (domestic):
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany (domestic) takes place within 1 – 3 business days after the 1st of a calendar month. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery times to Austria (international):
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods abroad (Austria) takes place within 3 – 8 business days after the 1st of a calendar month. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment:
When paying by SEPA direct debit (basic or business), you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification (Pre-Notification) at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are required to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
For credit card payments, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
