Cancellation policy
Subscription Options
Currently, three options for a Lure Drop subscription are offered:
- Option 1: Lure Drop Subscription - no minimum term, can be canceled monthly
- Option 2: Lure Drop Subscription - minimum term of 3 months, can be canceled monthly thereafter, €10 cashback via voucher
- Option 3: Lure Drop Subscription - minimum term of 6 months, can be canceled monthly thereafter, €25 cashback via voucher
Starting a Lure Drop Subscription
A Lure Drop subscription can be started at any time. The subscription and the corresponding delivery of the first drop always begin in the month following the month in which the subscription was ordered, paid for, and completed.
Example: A Lure Drop subscription for October can be ordered, paid for, and completed up to September 30.
Payment for a Lure Drop Subscription
Lure Drop subscriptions can currently be paid via
- PayPal
- Credit card
The payment for a Lure Drop subscription becomes due upon delivery of the monthly Lure Drop and is automatically charged via the selected payment method on the day of delivery.
If there is a cancellation of an initial order, the paid amount will be refunded to the selected payment method within 5 business days. Please note the cancellation policy.
The goods remain the property of Hecht & Barsch GmbH until the full purchase price is paid.
Shipping of a Lure Drop Subscription
A Lure Drop is released on the 1st of each month.
The corresponding drop will be delivered within 1-3 business days after the release of a Lure Drop. Please note, that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Cancellation & Termination of a Lure Drop Subscription
A Lure Drop subscription can be canceled within 14 days after the contract is concluded without giving any reason, in accordance with the cancellation policy. Please be sure to review and follow the cancellation policy!
A Lure Drop subscription must be canceled by the last day of the previous month at the latest. For subscriptions with a minimum term (see Options 2 & 3), the subscription must be canceled by the last day of the month following the end of the minimum term. Cancellation can be done online via the customer portal, by email, or through the contact form. Cancellation through the customer portal can only be executed technically after the last delivery of the minimum term. This usually happens at the beginning of the last month of the contract term.
